Edwina "Lee" Leefayne Wilson, 84 of Groves, Texas passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at Forever Young Assisted Living in Groves, Texas.
She was born August 1, 1936 in Groves, Texas to Horace Joseph Dartez and Dorothy Ruth Godkin Dartez.
Edwina was a lifelong area resident and a member of Abundant Life Sanctuary in Groves.
Edwina was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 56 years, Douglas Wilson Sr.
She is survived by daughter, Julie Loncon and husband Jerry of Groves, Texas; son, Douglas Wayne "Bubba" Wilson Jr. and wife Melissa of Crosby, Texas; sister, Leslye Bradley of Bridge City, Texas; brothers, Howard "Sonny" Fitzwater of Beaumont, Texas and David Michael Erwin of Mauriceville, Texas; grandchildren, Brent Wayne Wilson and wife Marie of Waxahachie, Texas, Justin Beau Wilson and wife Joy of Groves, Texas, Jonathon Breuer and wife Abby of Vidor, Texas and Leslye Breuer of Nederland, Texas; great grandchildren, Kaylin, Cameron, Jasmine, Zachary, Bailey, Issac and Josie; great-great grandson Enzo.
A visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Abundant Life Sanctuary in Groves with Reverend Jason Myer of Abundant Life Sanctuary officiating and assisted by Brent Wilson. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland.
