Elizabeth Thomas Laing, 76, of Vidor, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Magnolia Manor in Groves.
Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 in Big Foot, Texas
Elizabeth was born on December 22, 1945 in Poteet, Texas. She was the daughter of Clarence Oscar Thomas and Rubye McMickle Thomas. She was married to James Laing.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Laing, brothers, Joe “Sonny” Thomas and Clarence Thomas.
She is survived by her daughters, Shelia Atkinson of Beaumont, TX; Michele Burks and husband Robert of South Carolina; son, Gene Hibdon Jr. and wife Geneva of Dallas, TX; five grandchildren, Ashley Landrum, Aaron Atkinson, Mallori Heyward, Michael Burks, and Travis Hibdon; sister, Audrey Hoyack and husband Frank of San Antonio.
