Eugene Raymond Hudson

Eugene Raymond Hudson, 78, of Friendswood, Texas passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Harbor Hospice in Houston, Texas. He was born July 1, 1941 in Port Arthur, Texas to Jesse Amos Hudson and Helen Louise Stokes Hudson. Eugene grew up in the Port Arthur area and moved back to Texas, and the Friendswood area, 31 years ago. He was a veteran proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with a Military graveside service to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be before the service on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Eugene is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda Hardin Hudson of Friendswood, Texas, two sons, Brian Hudson and wife Mary of Destin, Florida, and Kevin Hudson and wife Tina of Williamstown, West Virginia, daughter, Sheila Benson and husband Ray of Stow, Ohio, sister, Charlotte Belin and husband George of Panorama Village, Texas, eight grandchildren, Tyler Hudson and wife Megan, Zachery Hudson, Jakob Hudson and wife Kendra, Alex Hudson, Andy Hudson and wife Jacqueline, Kayleigh Benson, Annalisa Benson, Ray Benson and Avery Lamb, and seven great grandchildren, Lathan, Maddie, Nathan, Carson, Easton, Parker and Elliot.
