Eva Dartez

Eva Dartez, 92, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at Vidor Health & Rehab. Eva was born April 12, 1923 in Kaplan, Louisiana to Remie Dartez and Euphemie Hebert Dartez. She was a resident of Port Arthur for 66 years and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Eva retired from the City of Port Arthur after 22 years of service as the secretary for the City Garage. Survivors include her son, Donald Joseph Mouton and his wife Yvonne of Port Arthur; two daughters, Deborah Faye Sons and her husband Steve of Vidor, Deanna Kaye Lejune and her husband Dale of Nederland; sister-in-law, Rose Dartez of Winnie; brother-in-law, Roy Fontenot of Gueydan, LA; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2015 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
