Jillian "Jill" Nicole Blanchard

April 26, 2000 — June 13, 2020

Jillian "Jill" Nicole Blanchard, 20, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 in Bridge City, Texas. She was born April 26, 2000 in Nederland, Texas to Jacob Paul Blanchard and Kari Hebert Blanchard. Jill was a graduate of Port Neches Groves High School and was employed as a waitress at Reel Cajun Restaurant. She was a lifelong Port Neches resident and member of the United Methodist Temple. How do you bury a light, a true light from God? You dont bury that light because if its a true light it will shine forever, and thats what our Jill was. She glowed with her smile, her joy of life and adventurous spirit. She was the ever-faithful friend who always had a shoulder for you to cry on and Always seeing the good in others. Always the light and laughter in any room she was in. Jill never took life for granted and lived every day to the fullest. Jill touched everyone she met and everyone she knew. She had a kind soul and an uncanny ability to make you laugh at any situation with her unbelievable wit. In high school her interests were softball, volleyball, and she loved to participate in pageants. She loved shopping, dancing, singing out loud, and spending time with her family at "Family Night". Jill loved to eat Chick-fil-a, Whataburger, Casa Ole, crawfish and gumbo. She loved watching Big Brother and taking road trips while listening to her favorite music and watching you tube videos with her friends whom she dearly loved. Jill loved with her whole heart. She loved her friends and her family unconditionally. Jill would want us all to know and remember that life is short and precious. Hug everyone you love a lot tighter. Say I love you way too much. Take lots of pictures with all the ones you love. Dont ever take a second for granted. This is how Jill lived her life and would want her friends and family to do the same. With all thats going on in the world our prayer is that we all could be a beautiful light, a ray of sunshine to others like our precious Jill. Your beautiful light will live on forever in our hearts. Fly high our sweet butterfly we love you.
