Kenneth Jackson Wright, Sr.

Kenneth Jackson Wright, Sr., 93, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Monday, August 19, 2019 at Bonne Vie in Port Arthur, Texas. Kenneth was born March 25, 1926 in Dallardsville, Texas to Chancie Wright and Alma Dillon Wright. He was a lifelong resident of Port Neches. Kenneth retired from Neches Butane as a Process Operator with 40 years of service and was also a US Navy WWII Veteran. Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend Mark Humble officiating. Entombment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2019 at the funeral home. Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Wilma Fay Wright. Surviving relatives include his daughter, Patricia Connor and husband Darnell of Port Neches, Texas; son, Kenneth J. Wright, Jr. of Port Neches, Texas; sister, Elsie Mae Bennett and husband Don of Silsbee, Texas; two grandchildren, Chris Connor and wife Roula, Tonya Humphries; three great grandchildren, Bronson Connor, Austin Humphries and fiance Haley Miller, and Briana Humphries; two great-great grandchildren, Jayden Humphries and Molly Boylen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
