Lena Frederick Polley, 75, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at her home.
Lena was born March 19, 1945 in Port Arthur, Texas to Luther Kinsworthy and Benita Magliolo Kinsworthy. She was a lifelong resident of this area and a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.
Lena was a retired Medical Assistant with the Texas Prison System.
A visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.
Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Polley.
Surviving relatives include her sons, Troy Frederick of Friendswood, Texas and Chris Frederick of Vidor, Texas; sister, Emily Smith of Port Arthur, Texas; grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Taylor Frederick, Zack Frederick, and Jada Frederick; and great-granddaughter, Tahlia Johnson.
