Patricia Ann Warner

Patricia Ann Warner, 84, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

Patricia was born March 26, 1936 in Iowa City, Iowa to William Michael Thomas and Mary Catherine Hauschen Thomas.

She was a resident of Port Neches for 62 years and a member of Faith Baptist Temple, previously a former long-time member of Ridgewood Baptist Church.

Patricia was a retired LVN for Dr. Gene Jones for many years after working for local area hospitals.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Baptist Temple with Reverend Mark Humble officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Warner, son, Ronny Warner, and brothers, Rodney Thomas and Daryl Thomas.

Surviving relatives include her daughter, Kathy Warner of Port Neches, Texas; sons, Randy Warner and wife Becky of Port Neches, Texas and Ricky Warner of Port Neches, Texas; sister, Paula McKee of Port Arthur, Texas; brothers, Bob Thomas of Port Neches, Texas and Duane Thomas and wife Bonnie of Groves, Texas; grandchildren, Jason Warner of Beaumont, Texas, Brandon Warner of Port Neches, Texas, Jessica and husband Marcus Salazar of Groves, Texas, Michelle Buckalew and husband Dwain of Port Neches, Texas, Zachary Pitre and wife Taylor of Groves, Texas; and 11 great-grandchildren.
